Hero for this Mother's Day

I was about to log out when I noticed the headline, 'Mum dies in saving kids' in Mycen and read this sad news:

KUALA KRAI: A woman made the ultimate sacrifice when she saved the lives of her three young children in a fire which gutted their home in Taman Sri Guchil here yesterday.

Trapped in a burning house and unable to find the keys to the front grille door, Rafidah Ismail, 36, broke a window pane and bent one of the metal bars to create a small opening.

She then grabbed her children, Rashidah IlinaZamri, 7, Zaim Shahrul, 6, and Zaim Iqbal, 2, and handed them one by one to neighbours waiting outside, while she remained trapped inside...
